Mimic Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing or using Mimic mobile application, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). The Terms are a legal agreement between you and Mimic ("we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, access, or use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use our App. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant to us that: (a) you are at least 13 years of age; (b) you have not previously been suspended or removed from the App; and (c) your registration and your use of the App is in compliance with any and all applicable laws and regulations.

All voices generated via the Mimic app are AI generated and not based in any way to the original voice actor. Mimic is not affiliated with any of the original voice actors or their respective companies.

3. Privacy Policy

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and disclose information from our users.

4. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you may need to register for a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities associated with your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law;
• Violate or encourage others to violate the rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights;
• Post, upload, or distribute any content that is unlawful, defamatory, libelous, inaccurate, or that a reasonable person could deem to be objectionable, profane, indecent, pornographic, harassing, threatening, embarrassing, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate;
• Interfere in any way with security-related features of the App.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by [Mimetic] and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

7. Termination

We reserve the right, without notice and in our sole discretion, to terminate your license to use the App, and to block or prevent your future access to, and use of, the App.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes to these Terms, we will provide notice of such changes, such as by sending an email notification, providing notice through the App, or updating the "Last Updated" date at the end of these Terms.
